New Filing Deadline BOI
Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting has been reinstated by FinCEN. On February 18th, the stay on enforcement of the BOI reporting requirement was lifted by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. On that same day, FinCEN issued a notice reinstating the reporting requirements.
As of today, the new deadline for reporting BOI information is March 21, 2025. FinCEN efile reporting of BOI information can be found at https://boiefiling.fincen.gov.
